The EQ Index scoring methodology, test conversations, dimension framework, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by the Emotional Reactor project. The benchmark standard, including the 10 dimensions and scoring weights, is our proprietary framework.
The EQ Index name, methodology, scoring system, and all content are protected intellectual property of the Emotional Reactor project. The Emotional Reactor architecture, including the EQ Brain three-stage cognitive loop (Feel → Think → Express), is proprietary technology.
When you submit an AI system for scoring, you confirm you have authority to submit that system. Scores are published publicly. We reserve the right to decline submissions that violate these terms.
EQ Index scores reflect performance on our standardized test battery. They are not a guarantee of real-world emotional intelligence performance. Scores are provided for informational and comparative purposes.
EQ Index is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the benchmark or reliance on scores.
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
